AYUR+YOGA

Ayurveda as a science of self-healing, needs Yoga, the science of self-realization. So, BODY AND MIND can work together and with this, the human being feels increasingly more integrated, not divided.

That’s why AyurYogaBrasil project was conceived by the brazilian, Karina Gomes.

Our goal: teaching and disseminating Ayurveda and Yoga practiced in India so that the two sciences, together, can contribute to the health and harmony of all beings.

" I am very grateful to the Universe for bringing me to Ayurveda. After a thrombosis in 2014, I gained 30 pounds and could not lose them. So,on July of 2017 I was introduced to Ayurveda by Karina Gomes and I was enchanted by the simplicity and subtlety of the information, generating fantastic results and transforming so many lives. The little bit that I learned and practiced in my routine made me lose 10 pounds without even realizing it, without effort or imposition"
